UCLA American Medical Women’s Association Undergraduate Division

The American Medical Women’s Association is an organization that draws upon the foundation built previously to generate a strong community-service, student-led organization. AMWA is geared toward the advancement of females in the field of medicine, healthcare, and science. We represent undergraduate females who wish to pursue a career in healthcare, medicine or science. Our activities are diverse: ranging from community service events to mentoring girls in foster care to public speaker events that include but are not limited to healthcare professionals discussing their careers and campus-wide health awareness campaigns.
