By submitting this form, you grant Center for Asian Americans United for Self-Empowerment (CAUSE) the right to use any photographs, video, or audio recordings taken during your volunteer activities with CAUSE. This includes granting CAUSE all rights, title, and interest in these materials. CAUSE may use these photographs or recordings for organizational purposes, including communications, publications, promotional materials, social media, and fundraising.
