Los Angeles, CA – On March 15th, 2018, CAUSE hosted the first CAUSE Leadership Network (CLN) Reception at Far Bar in Little Tokyo.
CAUSE Leadership Council & Network members meet throughout the year as a means of fostering deep and meaningful connections across industries. A portion of each gathering is reserved for strategic brainstorming, resource sharing, resume pushing, and mapping out the community’s leadership capital.
The March reception started with general mixing and networking with the new members of the Leadership Network. Old friends reunited and new connections were made throughout the night.
The second half of the evening was reserved for remarks from the CAUSE Leadership Council welcoming everyone to the Network.
After the welcome, the Network broke into small groups to build strategy for engaging the APA community. Network members openly shared challenges they’ve faced in their careers and discussed next steps for building power in the APA community.
The CAUSE Leadership Network continued socializing after the work was done.
