VOTER RESOURCES SCAVENGER HUNT

As part of our 2025 Together We Vote efforts, CAUSE partnered with South Asian Network (SAN) to host a Vote and Seek: Vote Resources Scavenger Hunt, an interactive way to explore our neighborhoods and identify key voter materials for the upcoming elections.

We were gladly joined by our fellow community members at Southern California Pacific Islander Community Response Team (SoCalPICRT), Orange County Asian Pacific Islander Community Alliance (OCAPICA), California Immigrant Policy Center (CIPC), and Pacific Islander Health Partnership (PIHP). Together, we explored neighborhoods across Los Angeles County and Orange County. Both counties are Voter’s Choice Act (VCA) counties, which means there are more days and more ways to vote. To us, that means we have more opportunities to vote in community, with community, in all of our neighborhoods.

CAUSE focused on the West San Gabriel Valley (WSGV), visiting the six AAPI-majority cities we advocated to keep together during redistricting. These cities—Alhambra, Monterey Park, San Marino, Rosemead, San Gabriel, Arcadia, and Temple City—are all part of Congressional District 28. Learn more here: CAUSE Redistricting 2021.

We also visited areas across Los Angeles County where our communities live in every district and APIs make up a significant part of each supervisorial district.
